Jon and his father, LeRoy, have written the book, The Art of Crystalline Glazing: Basic Techniques.

This 160-page, softcover, large-format (8¼" by 10¾"), full-color book gives detailed instructions on how to mix, apply, and fire the most popular crystalline glaze — the spectacular zinc-crystalline glaze.

It is called a companion video because, although it clearly shows how to do the exercises, the book contains a large amount of additional information that you will need to know in order to produce a crystalline glaze.
